MANAGER – LEARNING DESIGN

What you’ll deliver
You will be Conducting in-depth business performance gap analyses following DA’s learning standards to identify the business outcomes and the specific knowledge and skills gaps that impact employees’ performance at the workplace and provide the context for the design of the solution. Analyse gaps and recommend learning solution.

You will design a range of learning solutions (leadership development, customer service, operational) using industry best practice in line with DA standards. You will integrate digital solutions where applicable, create evaluation plans to support the transfer of learning and map the design against DA values and behaviors framework.
You will develop material and curate content that creates a positive learning environment to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Uses adult learning design methods that create a positive environment conducive to learning and support the transfer of learning at the workplace; ensures the design is linked to DA values and behaviors.
Meets the learning design benchmark as per industry best practice.
Assembles content described in the design phase adhering to the quality standards
Oversees pilots of new courses to ensure alignment with business needs and expectations.
Delivers learning solutions as per DA’s learning standards Plans, records, tracks and manages learning solutions (new courses and re-design work) end-to-end in line with Learning project management standards (ADDIE cycle)
What you’ll bring
You will have a Bachelor’s Degree from a leading university in a field relevant to learning/training.
You will hold professional qualifications in facilitation, instructional design and evaluation.
You will have at least 2 years of professional experience in learning solutions project management (ADDIE) with 6 – 8 years of professional experience in performance gap analyses, instructional design, facilitation and evaluation in a blue-chip organization, preferably in a multi-cultural environment.
You will have Expertise/experience in analyzing needs, designing and evaluating leadership/management courses.
Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
