We need 2 Contracts Managers on 6 months contract at Abu Dhabi. Need them to start ASAP.
One Arabic speaking and one English speaking.
– Person will manage the contract life cycle with suppliers and customers
– Should have 7-10 yearas of strong contract drafting skills and understanding of legal terminology
– Lawyer preferred but Para Legal equally good
This position is for Paralegal or Attorney with strong background in Commercial Contracts. The position focus is on the processing, analysis, and review of Contract Documents.
Secondary aspects include claims & risk management and strong writing skills.
The Contracts Manager will serve as the liaison between our various deptts. as the main facilitator for negotiations, project execution, record keeping, monitoring, change management, etc.
