Hiring HR Officer – Temporary Assignment 6months) Post jobs adverts online and review applicants against job spec / JD
- Prepare new starter packs including employment contract
- Collect documents for VISA from candidates and coordinate with HR team & PRO
- Update recruitment reports and tracker on a weekly basis
- Confirm candidate start dates and communicate this to relevant manager
- Screening calls with candidates
- Update and maintain CV database and keep interview evaluation forms and notes
- Reject unsuccessful candidates
- Keep external recruitment agencies updated on roles and candidates.
Females preferred holding husbands/ fathers sponsorship available immediate.
