Job Summary:
- Punctual and Attendance policy need to be followed strictly.
- Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness in clinics, ER, and vital signs room. The assigned staffs are a responsible person for each clinic.
- Check vitals properly, if there is any doubt double check.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
- If any patient needs special care should be inform to the doctor (High blood pressure, High fever, sweating….etc.).
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
- Assist doctor in doing any procedure inside clinic, always close the door of clinic after patient enter the clinic
- Take Consent of the patient before doing any procedure and file the consent form in patient file.
