Job Summary:
Office Secretary Required in Dubai
Duties and responsibilities
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Typing, preparing invoices
Filing
Managing databases
Prioritizing workloads
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
Logging or processing bills or expenses
Requirements:
Must be proficient in Microsoft excel and the Microsoft word.
Age Limit: 20 – 30 years old.
Nationality: Filipino, Pakistani, Indian (FEMALE ONLY)
Visa Status: Visit Visa
Interview location: Al Rayyan Tower, Al Nahda Sharjah, Al Rayyan Tower near quick super market, office no. 1007(Just ask any security personnel where you can find “Fu Chun Trading”)
