Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for fulfilling Company quality goals on assigned projects.
• Responsible for insuring 100% Customer Satisfaction on assigned projects.
• Taking personal responsibility for safety in the working environment and promoting safety among your peers, subordinates and supervisors.
• Responsible for managing cost and schedule goals of assigned projects.
• Taking the lead role in planning the preparation and maintenance of gardens, grounds and other leisure areas.
• Supervising and assisting in all stages of cultivation and maintenance.
• Designing and planning planting schemes for new projects and reviewing existing planting schemes.
