Detailed Description
Leading and training an experienced team of marketers to develop the marketing strategy to ensure that sales volume and revenue targets are achieved
Analyzes ideas, proposals and requests from different Marketing sections. Challenges business cases and qualitative argumentation and matches requirement with sections’ available resources to launch best-in-class products and services and high-quality competence center activities (MarComm, customer care and market research).
Conduct deep dive analysis into past performance results in order to map out trends and identify key response variables; leverage these findings to optimize customer acquisition activity, and execute various external analysis (conjoint, market research, focus groups, etc) to identify areas for product and service enhancements
Develop and test new marketing strategies which improve response rates among new and existing customer segments.
Coordinate geo marketing department : responsible for allocation of resources, time planning and high level definition of initiatives for different geo-marketing units
Present geo marketing initiatives and key location based analysis to top management
Create marketing plans for segments/products to maximize client/business profitability.
Monitor performance of all creative and data strategies and make appropriate recommendations to further improve performance
Conceptualize and develop report requirements for business needs
Develop and propose new product/channel ideas/marketing concepts
Provide strategic direction to supporting marketing teams in order to develop/execute new marketing ideas/concepts/tests.
Work closely with VP/Marketing Strategy & Performance to set strategic marketing goals/structure to deliver optimal policy growth.
Performs any other relatedduties, as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree inEconomics / Business Management; Post-graduate/Master Degree in Business or MBAdesirable
6-8 years of Marketing & Strategy Analysis, preferably in a largeTelecom/ISP environment and/or Top Consulting firm (preferably in the Telecom& Media practice)

Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):
Accountable to initiate, develop, lead and manage, End-to-End digital solutions portfolio strategy based on sound business case. Maintain effective interfaces with key stakeholders, partner eco-system in order to ensure an efficient portfolio development and launch, and delivery process to respective industry verticals.
Responsible of the overall P&L of the respective lines of industries – Defense, Public Safety ,Healthcare , Education , Media, Smart Cities , Banking & Finance . The role would also encompass aspects of Bid Management to manage Complex Deals and will be responsible to lead the team to identify structure and close large strategic and complex deals.
Overall responsibility to engage with Etisalat, client and partner teams to deliver a Proposal, or Solution or Contract to the clients according to Etisalat business rules and standard processes, before the required due time with high quality.
The selected candidate will have demonstrated and outstanding communication skills. It will be essential that this individual have the ability to envision the entire scope of this position. This person’s goal will be to dominate the competition through developing repeatable, excellent bid development and negotiation processes and best practices and the development of exceptional textual and graphical products in the delivery of technical, management, past performance, corporate experience, sample tasks, and other proposal sections.

Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Establish and maintain long-term, collaborative relationship with key stakeholders to achieve Etisalat’s goals in relation to digital solutions.
2. Accountable to create product/ service solutions that entirely fulfill customer needs & ensure clarity, understanding and commitment from key stakeholders for assigned portfolios.
3. Responsible to develop and manage the realization of digital solutions initiatives into products to achieve annual revenue/incremental targets.
4. Manage and monitor the overall design & development of industry-specific digital solutions architecture & service delivery capabilities.
5. Oversee the industry vertical business development function to ensure comprehensive, accurate and reliable customer requirement in digital solutions.
6. Manage and identify the digital solutions opportunities across range of industries by integrating the activities of business development, product marketing & technical architecture.
7. Oversees planning, prioritization and assignment of objectives and tasks to the entire digital solutions marketing, business development & technical architecture.
8. Responsible to equip for challenges and ongoing changes in the digital industries vertical solutions based on customer demand and needs.
9. Develop industry specific innovative initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of assigned portfolios for incremental revenue and customer satisfaction growth.
10. Responsible for the development and management of the section annual operating plans, road map and capital budgets.
11. Monitors and evaluate the assigned portfolio’s ongoing performance and quality of its output and services in close cooperation with respective industry verticals business customers.
12. Oversee activities and work with subordinates to ensure smooth operation and quick remedy of encountered issues and challenges in the assigned portfolios while monitoring critical success factors.
13. Evaluates the product/ service development & marketing process regarding cost efficiency and implements improvements accordingly.
14. Maintains knowledge of current and emerging trends in the assigned portfolios/industry verticals that might be incorporated as new technologies into future systems.
15. Review and coordinate submissions for Pre-RFP (RFI, Market Survey, Draft RFP) information for large complex bids of government / enterprises
16. Review RFPs and signoff proposal plan and kickoff material.
17. Lead kickoff and checkpoint meetings.
18. Develop and manage proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and schedules.
19. Drive the win strategy during the pre-RFP phase by working closely with the capture team in strategy sessions.
20. Motivate and energize a team to produce winning proposals & complex bids
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or Business Administration , Engineering
Overall 20+ years & relevant upto 10 years experience in E2E product development, marketing & implementation. Must have direct management and leadership experience with large-scale initiatives.
