Description:
A multi-national construction company is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 7 to 10 years of experience in the middle east for their project in Dubai.
The candidate must hold a college qualification in quantity surveying and have a good understanding of the construction industry. Membership with relevant professional body is preferred.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Advise on project budget
2. Supports with procurement schedule
3. Advise on timely drafting and submission of commercial / contractual correspondence
4. Negotiations and agreement with sub-contractors
5. Ensure final accounts are closed in a timely manner
6. Review of project reports and contracts.
