A growing website & Mobile app development company based in Dubai looking for a skilled and smart candidate for project coordination and other related tasks. The candidate must have basic IT knowledge and proficiency in excel. Training will be provided to the right candidates. Filipino Ladies on Husband Visa preferred.
Job Responsibility:
• Coordination of website development and creative works.
• Keeping records of client queries and technical support issues
• Client interaction (phone calls, emails, etc)
• Updating website content
• Creating and Updating self-help documents so clients can try to fix problems themselves
• Working closely with Sales team to enhance the business
• Tele calling to support sales team
• Maintaining project details, daily trackers and MIS reporting.
Eligibility
• Basic Experience or Knowledge in computers.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication skills with clear accent
• On Husband or depended Visa.
