Description:
We are looking for Call Center Representatives for an expanding company in Dubai. You will responsible for the liaison between our company and its current and potential clients. You will interact by telephone with clients to provide information on the Company’s services, collect information on the client’s requirements,sell services and conduct follow-up calls.
Job Description
▻ Minimum graduate or equivalent required
▻ Manage incoming calls and customers service enquiries.
▻ Fluency in English and Hindi spoken is required. (Arabic Prefer)
▻ Routing the issue to correct team by understanding the issue properly
▻ Should act as a first point of contact for customers for all issues service support.
▻ Listens and understands customers concerns; provides required guidance and information using the available resources
▻ Follows up on escalated and re assigned service support requests and tickets
▻ To represent the Customer Service Centre on groups and forums as required.
▻ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
▻ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
