The IT Officer is expected to handle the administration and continuous operation of the entire IT infrastructure, while integrating the best security practices and improving the value of IT towards the company’s success.
Job Roles
• Management of Network Firewall including VPN Connectivity to Branches
• Administration of Databases
• Management and Configuration of Virtual / Physical Servers and Desktops
• Audio visual systems & Access control Systems Administration
• Manage the CCTV Cameras and the monitoring solutions
• Conduct Backup & Restore Activities
• Liaising with vendors for Software Licensing & Renewals
• PABX system administration
• IT Assets management
• Managing System Security
Other Requirements
• Must take IT security seriously, and integrate best security practices into all areas of IT operations.
• Must be innovative, and suggest ways in improving the internal processes, and add value to the company.
