We are in need of Office Assistant with Engineering background.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Types correspondence, meeting notes, and other documents and maintaining confidentiality of the works.
*Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents and maintaining in systematic way.
*Maintaining accurate records and enters data into computer and organizing the filing system,
*Able to take care of all the technical documentation works at the Production Manager’s office.
*Assists with organizing events when necessary,
*Able to retrieve the documents as and when required,
*This is the requirement of General shift hours, but if needed, willing to work extended hours.
*Able to help the production manager and arranging his documentation works and filing the documents in the relevant location.
*Able to prepare presentations as per the direction given by Production Manager.
Must be computer literate and able to work in MS office, Excel, word and power point etc.
Candidate must be an Engineering graduate.
