Supervises the day to day activities of several projects to ensure that the assigned projects meet their objectives. Ensure that the project planning activities including feasibility study and project strategy definition are performed correctly.
Develop project objectives, execution strategies, work breakdown structure and contracting strategy identifying types of contracts required for the project such as EPC, EPCM, Third Party Verification, PMC, etc.
Directs and supervises the implementation of projects including controlling and monitoring the construction activities.
Ensures that all project contracts are executed according to the agreed schedule, quality and cost.
Closely supervises and monitors the work of the contractors in liaison with the project team to ensure that the project proceeds according to the contract and deal with any queries, problems ad claims that might arise.
Maintains close liaison with HSE users and other departments to ensure that all company procedures are adhered to during project planning/execution and for smooth hand-over of completed projects.
Ensures that the necessary arrangements are made to hand-over project to site upon completion.
Supervise/review/prepare all final reports including as-built drawings, material reconciliation, close-out, etc. relating to the assigned project.
Prepare project close-out report. Working line with the Company’s HSE policy, understand HSE procedures, Rules & Regulation and guarantee Contractors compliance during execution.
