The Executive Secretary manages a wide range of administrative support tasks.

Position Responsibilities:
Provide administrative/secretarial support to the department executive.
Organize work by reading, routing correspondence; collecting information; intercepting phone calls; and resolving issues on manager’s behalf and initiating next steps.
Maintain schedules by maintaining calendar; arranging meetings, events, teleconferences, and travel.
Complete requests by greeting internal clients and external customers; answering or referring inquiries.
Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.Prepare accurate and timely reports by collecting information and asking follow-up questions.
Takes minutes at Board meetings and provides support to management.
Contribute to team efforts by initiating communication with team leaders and accomplishing related activities as needed.
Perform additional duties as requested by manager.
Experience & Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in business or other related disciplines with 3 years of experience working in a corporate environment.
-Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
-Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.Strong communication skills in reading & writing in English.Strong team player skills.
-Pro-active and able to work under pressure.
-Able to maintain highly confidential information.
-Able to travel outside the country.
-Speaking Arabic will be an advantage.
