THE MATTRESS STORE – Ajman
○ MUST HAVE working experience as a Production Manager in a FOAM factory
○ Must have the knowledge to run and supervise production team
○ Must be able to be directly involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes in the factory
○ Knowledgeable in foam manufacturing
○ Skilled in operating large machines
○ Extensive knowledge in foam and furniture industry
○ Ability to plan and organize production schedules
○ Overseeing Production process
○ Determining and implementing Quality Control Standards
○ Handle all production activities, training and manpower
○ Inventory controls
○ Liaison with Purchase Manager to ensure sufficient stock of raw materials available for production.
○ Ensuring smooth in and out flow of raw materials and finish goods
○ Ensuring production is cost effective by implementing best-costing methods with coordination of finance dept.
○ Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed.
