Job Description
• Receive incoming mail from the shelves of agencies / sectors and ensure seal stamp on incoming mail messages.
• Scan the mail and enter the data required in the input screen for EDMS system.
• Archive the mail temporarily for the respective department to be delivered later to the department coordinators.
• Print reports of receipt records and save it after completing all the necessary signatures in the records.
• Deliver documents to the concerned officers in the departments and ensure that the recipient’s signature on the records of the receipt.
• Follow-up messages bounced from the departments and coordinate with the departments to resolve all the obstacles and then re-send messages to the concerned departments or return them to their source.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
Skills
• Basic Computer-literate performer.
• Good listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
• Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking. Arabic will be an advantage.
