Directions going to Cocoon:
Take Metro station. Get off at the Mall of the Emirates –MOE metro station. Then take the Bus F-29 going to Motor City. Get off in front of the Dubai Autodrome stadium (travel from MOE metro to Motor city will take from 30 to 40 minutes). From Dubai Autodrome, take a taxi and tell the taxi driver to take you to Cocoon Nails at Daytona house. Or call the number 04 422 5722 to guide the taxi driver with the right direction.
Spa Supervisor
• Minimum experience of 2 years in spa industry in UAE
• Staff Management experience
• Ensures that a high standard of customer care and treatment is delivered and time reporting.
• Daily maintain assistant to be monitored and keep up to standard.
• Develops and maintains relationships with guest.
• Fluent in English communication skills written and spoken.
• Leads, motivates and directs the works of other staff.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures.
Spa Receptionist
• with minimun of 2 years experience in a nail spa in UAE
shortcut software knowledge is a must
• preferably non-filipino
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be excellent over the phone and capable of handling multiple tasks
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication and customer service skills
Spa Customer Service Representative in UAE
• with minimun of 2 years experience in a nail spa
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Have demonstrated successful experience with retail customer service and sales.

• Have attention to detail and ability to execute written and verbal processes and best practices.
