Responsibilities
• Responsible for the day to day operations of the community through regular site inspections, meetings with service providers and suppliers, communications with internal and external parties, meetings with residents, etc.
• Ensure overall wellbeing of the community by conducting checks and assessing common areas regularly.
• Carry out day and night site inspections based on a predefined schedule.
• Carry out cross audits in assigned communities.
• Participate in service provider performance audits.
• Follow up on all highlighted concerns until they are rectified.
• Ensure subcontractors deliver services as per the agreement.
• Check cleaning and maintenance schedules and ensure services are being carried out and standards maintained.
• Highlight possible design defects as noted.
• Recommend improvements and cost saving initiatives.
• Identifying procurement needs of the community.
• Survey market in order to identify appropriate material suppliers based on need and rectification requirements noted in the community.
• Coordinate with relevant teams in case of an emergency, while escalating the same through established policies and processes.
• Assist Community Manager in preparing budgets, reviewing expenses, invoicing service providers, etc.
• Assist with the implementation of community initiatives, campaigns and events.
• Assist and coordinate community events with or on behalf of the Community Manager.
• Coordinate community insurance claims and follow-up with local authorities when required.
• Investigate and resolve issues raised by residents.
• Investigate and respond to residents’ enquiries.
Requirements
• 4 years of experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Arabic is a plus.
