Criteria:
◘ Must have Office Administration and PA experience combined
◘ Worked in FMCG but any industry is acceptable, however the candidate must be multi-talented with great professional company exposure
◘ Understands how departments work – from Sales, Logistics, HR, Accounts, Marketing, PR, Production
◘ The candidate has international experience – in admin and PA roles working directly with Department Heads and the COO and CEO
◘ Is analytical and understand markets and business operations
◘ Has high level of urgency, is proficient at all levels of the role
◘ Highly competent using computers – able to write professional emails and responses.
Others:
◘ Must be highly trustworthy and independent.
◘ Very well organised, time manager and able to produce KPIs
◘ Presentable and have the right persona to represent the brand
◘ A good level of intellect, able to connect with the bigger picture
◘ High core values, ethical, well spoken and able to work under pressure
