Duties:
Under the direct supervision of the Purchasing Manager, the Service Associate – Purchasing is responsible for processing Purchase Orders based on properly completed Purchase Requests. This position is also responsible for sourcing and maintaining relations with suppliers under the guidelines set by the hotel’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Degree holder in General Accounting
Good communication skills in English language (both oral and written)
Minimum of 2 years similar work experience in an International 5* hotel
Analytical, meticulous and has high attention to details
Good knowledge in computer (MS Word, Excel, F&B POS, Check EAM)
Has the right attitude to do the job
