Job Description
Perform administrative support such as answering phone calls and mail, receiving visitors and monitors the inflow and outflow of office stationery and supplies.
– Manages basic clerical tasks namely: paperwork, photocopying, sending fax and keep an up-to-date filing system.
– Do secretarial support by managing client relationship and smooth execution of the meetings.
Requirements
Fresher or with a minimum 1 years experience in Front Office/Receptionist – With pleasing personality and good communication skills – Can performs clerical duties and responsibilities – Female, Preferably Filipino or Nepali.
