Telesales & Customer Service Executive.
The job role is for generating leads for channel partners for
Desired Skills:
* Telephone conversational skills
* Ability to speak to senior executives and decision makers in their lanugage
* Ability to adapt and control telephone conversations holding customer interest
* Gather requirements and propose the right solution
* Work under pressure with Targets
* Confident and go-getter attitude
* Interested in IT and Technology. Technical & IT qualification is not a must.
* At least 1 – 2 years in Call center experience handling telesales.
Complete training will be provided on products and services before going live on calls.
Qualifications * Bachelors/Graduate in any discipline * 1 -2 years of Call Center experience in a performance oriented environment * Worked in telesales capacity will be an added advantage * Adept at handling technical queries and handling objections * Language skills – Excellent in English.
