Description
• Provide support & service to external and internal customers which includes: – Answering telephonic and email inquiries, – Check inventory levels, – Confirm pricing, – Follow up on customer purchase orders, – Troubleshoot issues as needed
• Process sales orders submitted via phone, email etc and generate the POs in SAP to be sent to.
• Process incoming shipments and subsequent outgoing orders
• Process all emails sent to the general email account.
• Maintain schedules for orders with delayed shipping dates.
• Process new customer accounts in all necessary systems/databases.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team on the execution process.
• Coordinate with the CS team in Abu dhabi for material planning as per the plan from sales

• Proven track record of Telephonic sales & support
• Experience with sales order processing
• Willingness to learn more about technical products and processes related to the industry
• Self-motivated, well-organized and team oriented.
• Implementation and Knowledge of SAP Logistics Module especially in SAP MM and SD
• Friendly but still professional attitude towards internal and external customers and open for communication
• Analytical, and strategic mindset
• Planning and detailing skill
• Up to date knowledge of the latest developments/ trends in the market
• Customer and dealer co-ordination, rapport building.
• Knowledge of key customers & competition in the market.will be a plus
• Knowledge of supply chain management in international trading
