Greetings!!!
We are a reputable Civil Engineering Main Contractor company based in Sharjah, U.A.E. We are currently looking for a Payroll assistant who has good experience working on excel – Male candidates will only be considered.

  • Ensure payroll monthly inputs of actual date joining, leave taken, salary advance and deductions are processed in a timely manner for smooth disbursement of salaries.
  • Preparation of accurate and meaningful payroll records * Ensure all reports regarding absence monitoring in terms of leave, sickness and other types of absence for the company are up to date and available
  • Generates accounts for new employees in the payroll system and review their salaries and allowances for each location according to recruitment procedures and policies
  • Well versed in Excel
  • Candidates who can join immediately required / Candidates who are on visit visa can also apply
