- Perform the proper analysis for procured crude and RBD oils (FFA, Color, PV, IV, and MIV) as per the set plans, and recommend actions corresponding to the analysis results, whether to accept or reject
- Analyze oil samples received from Refinery as requested
- Monitor & Inspection of production run and raise any noticeable change or diversion in the process.
- Analyze shelf life samples and compile monthly reports
- Maintain the stock record of chemicals and laboratory glassware
- Assist other chemists in the analysis of oil in different stages as directed
- Fractionation Supervisor (1).
- Supervise fractionation unit operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Ensure smooth production operation.
- BE (chemical) or Diploma in chemical technology
- Minimum 3 years experience in edible oil or food processing company as unit in-charge.
- Capable of working on fully automated computer controlled processing pant

- Instrument Technician (1).
- Instrument Technicians will be responsible for ensuring instrumentation, control systems and automation systems are calibrated and functioning properly, providing input to optimize the systems and ensure appropriate regulatory requirements and records are maintained, assessing, maintaining, repairing, and monitoring control systems and systems associated with compressors, pumps, and maintaining the performance of temperature, pressure, flow and level measurement control equipment, as well as valves, control panels.
- Diploma in instrumentation technology or electronics
- 5 or more years of Instrumentation experience in oils & fats or chemical industry
- Knowledge and demonstrated previous use of Allen Bradley PLC’s or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Rockwell (Allen Bradley) Applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- The demonstrated ability in instrumentation troubleshooting, calibration techniques for transmitters, remote telemetry devices, displacer type level transmitters/controllers and control valves

- Filling & Packaging Manager (1).
- In-charge for planning and proposing strategic improvement for the service rendered by Filling Department and Packaging Warehouse. Responsible for the overall performance of all personnel under these Departments.
- Ensure all production plans are organized and executed accordingly by delegating management of manpower, existing and turned-over physical assets to shift supervisors and group leaders.
- Review, approve or instruct revisions on all processing documentations according to the conditions directly set by the Management and / or as per requirement of inter-department.
- Participate in brainstorming and advancing technical / business awareness with the Top Management and Department Heads.
- Train, motivate and perform follow-up progress of handled employees requiring particular guidance and preparation. Point out all existing issues to improve work performance and / or behavioral outlook.
- Promote and adhere to policies pertaining sanitation, good manufacturing practice, food safety and company regulations.Communicate all existing issues and concerns to the Management and aid in finding resolutions.
- Plant Operator (1).
- Responsible for the operation of edible oil processing plant. Monitors and operates process control equipment, including utilities and other related equipment.
- Diploma in chemical engineering.
- Minimum three years experience in oils & fats or chemical industry.
- Experience of PLC controlled plant operation.
- Familiar with HSE standards.
- Capable of performing basic quality control tests.
- Production Supervisor (Shortening & Margarine Plant (1).
- Supervise shortening & margarine unit operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Ensure smooth production operation as per production plan.
- BE (chemical) or Diploma in chemical technology
- Minimum 3 years experience in shortening & margarine production as unit in-charge.
- Capable of working on fully automated computer controlled processing pant
- Experience of specialty fats production will be preferred.
- Technician-Electrical (1).
- Performing all preventive and breakdown electrical maintenance works.
- Maintain all maintenance tools, equipment, materials, disposables, etc. in good conditions, preventing them from damage, loss, or thrift.
- Adhere to ADVOC’s Health & Safety policy including the proper use of personal protective equipment (safety shoes, helmet, gloves,etc.) and the proper isolation of equipment and areas of work; applying suitable warning signs and preventing unauthorized access.
- Dispose any generated waste in accordance to ADVOC’s waste management policies, ensuring the proper classification and segregation of waste.
- Assist, as directed, in installing new machines and electrical panel wiring, and in performing general electrical works of the company such as lightings, fans, projectors, etc.
- Conduct all scheduled maintenance tasks and periodic inspections and testing for operational parameters, and raise abnormalities.
- Communicate with concerned departments in advance to arrange for scheduled electrical maintenance in accordance to the set plans, and revise dates when necessary as approved by maintenance manager.
- Respond promptly to breakdown maintenance requests as approved by team leader/ manager, and in accordance to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Record all executed electrical maintenance tasks, and report issues and relevant information as required, including change of spare parts.
- Implement good housekeeping and cleanliness in work location to ensure that all floors, equipment, and machines are kept tidy and clean after accomplishing the job.
- Perform any tasks and duties delegated by Maintenance Team Leader/ Manager or Production Manager.
- Technician-Mechanical (1).
- Performing all preventive and breakdown mechanical maintenance works.
