Our client, an organization in the Financial
Services Industry, is looking for an HR Assistant
Manager, who will be reporting to the Head of
Human Resources, to join their dynamic team in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze salary rates and
benefits offered by other employers through market
surveys.
• Train the HR employees on HRMS in order to
become leaders and all other employees on the
self-service aspects.
• Overlook HRMS implementation and
development as well as work very closely with the IT
department and represent HR.
• Analyze compensation policies, government
regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop
competitive compensation plan.
• Monitor salary structure and provision of
benefits to ensure a balance between control of
costs and attracting and retaining staff.
Requirements:
• Fully Qualified CIPD (preferable, not a
must).
• Around 5 years’ experience, ideally
banking/financial industry exposure with an
understanding of compensation practices in global
industries.
• Must have previous hands on experience in
HRMS Oracle implementation.
• Strong English and Arabic communication
skills.
• GCC National.
