We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize project related works of the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
* Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
* Ensuring that client’s need are met as the project evolves.
* Oversee project procurement management.
* Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
* Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
* Work with Project Manager.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
* Ensure standard and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance test.
* Analyze risk and opportunities.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture is required.
* Proven experience as Project Coordinator.
* Experience in Project management from conception to delivery.
* Ability to prepare and interpret work program, schedules and action plan.
* Solid organizational skills including multi-tasking and time management.
* Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
* Strong communication skills – oral and written.
Storng working knowledge of MS Project and MS Planner.
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
