Job responsibilities –
– Implement and add to the improvement of HR methodologies for drawing in, creating, spurring and holding workers as set by Management and GM-HR
– Plan, direct, and facilitate HR exercises to boost the vital utilization of HR and oversee operational HR works in accordance with Group HR strategies and methods
– Escalate legitimate and consistence matters to GM-HR for conference with Operations Manager and General Counsel
Provide support and direction to representatives, encourage worker guiding sessions, give exhortation identified with grievance and disciplinary methodology, mentor supervisors on leading execution audits, and mentor workers on the execution administration framework and process
