Description:
Design , Develops and prepare drawing, details & calculations for Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing , Drainage, Fire Fighting , LPG system etc,
Prepare review and update design specification and requirement as per authorities regulation,
coordinate & Follow up with authorities to obtain design approval & NOC, s
Prepare & Update vendors list , manufacturer list, Subcontractor & Supplier list based on best practice and work history with related items,
Supervise their team and make sure to complete e work task on time and accurate.
Review & reply contractor submittals, related to the mechanical work
Prepare work report showing the work progress and performance of the team ,
Manage work priority to avoid delay of task
Benefit as per labour law
