Description
We are looking for FILIPINA accountant cum secretary. Applicant must be willing to be assign at either Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in phone reception.
2. Prepare and coordinate mail, faxes, and Attendance Records
3. Maintain stock of office, janitorial and kitchen supplies and reorders when needed.
4. Obtain quotes / bids from suppliers.
5. Maintain all company accounts in accounting software and prepare monthly cash flow statements, P&L, etc.
6. Establish general filing system for safekeeping of corporate records, contracts, personnel documents, etc.; ( maintain complete confidentiality of records)
7. Track Passport, Labour card, Health Card expiry dates and handle renewal requirements
8. Maintain calendar / appointments.
9. Provide confidential support to management team.
10. Use effective office procedures and recommend improvements
11. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
12. Negotiate with vendors, maintain and examine leased equipment, purchase supplies, manage areas such as stockrooms or corporate libraries, and retrieve data from various sources
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2. knowledge of accounting principles and practices
3. Proven working experience in accounting
4. Proficiency in relevant accounting software
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Visit/Tourist Visa can join
