Purpose and Scope
Plans, supervises and/or carries out a variety of duties relating to rigless operations, testing and stimulation to ensure optimization of oil/gas producing wells, water supply and water/gas injection wells. Provides technical support to field operations in the production of hydrocarbons and the efficient use of water and/or gas injection systems. Work embraces one or more oil and gas fields with processing facilities and more than 600 wells (oil producers, gas producers/injectors, water supply/injectors, water disposal, observers and exploration wells).

· Jobs are carried out as per approved programs, and sound production engineering procedures.
· Close coordination with PDD.
· Accurate data compilation.
