Job Description:
- Increase customer value through logistics improvement initiatives
- Develop and strength relationship with clearing agents, port authorities and governmental institutions
- Manage clearance of all incoming materials (shipping lines, trucks, and air freight)
- Coordinate import requirements with vendors
- Coordinate clearing materials with port entities and governmental agencies
- Coordinate with external entities (such as government entities) on licences, material import exemptions, and refunds
- Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders. and other records to determine priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules
- Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization
