Front Desk Receptionist
Al GAFRY CONSULTING – Dubai
AED2,500 a month
Duties:
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Keep updated records of employees and visitors.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material forms.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
• ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
• maintain cleanliness of the reception area.
• organize conference and meeting room bookings.
• Other tasks advised by Superiors.
• Must be Available to join Immediately.
Qualification: Minimum High School
Skills:
Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Team player, Handles Pressure, Multitask , Organized, Detail orientated,attention to detail
Salary: AED 2000 – 2500/month
